Shipping Information

Delivery is available within Austria and to Germany only.

Depending on the size of the items, shipping is carried out

via DPD, DHL, or Austrian Post.

We consciously use reused boxes for shipping – in the spirit of:

Delivery Times

​

For sustainability reasons, we aim to ship orders only twice a week

(except during the pre-Christmas season).

As soon as your payment has been received and your order has been carefully packed, you will receive a notification from us. Your parcel will then arrive within

2–3 business days (Austria) or 3–5 business days (Germany).

            

Accepted Payment Methods:​

• Payment via Apple Pay

• Payment by bank transfer (advance payment)

• Payment on invoice: available for kindergartens, schools, and other therapeutic institutions only.
  Please place your order using bank transfer and leave a note at checkout. After review, we will convert your order to payment on invoice.

Pickup at our warehouse shop in Kuchl

Of course, you can also pick up your order free of charge at our office in Kuchl (Georgenberg 430, 5431 Kuchl).

Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. This usually happens within a few hours – in exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
